How do you ensure the freshness of the coffee?
We roast our specialty beans in small batches daily at our Miami headquarters. Every bag is stamped with a 'Roast Date' to ensure you receive the freshest coffee possible.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your coffee is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our coffee worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for coffee beans?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will make it right.
Can I purchase coffee pre-ground?
While we recommend purchasing whole beans for maximum freshness, we do offer various grind settings (Drip, Espresso, French Press) which can be selected on the product page before adding to your cart.
