Returns & Refunds Policy

At Panther Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we can only offer returns or replacements on non-consumable items and defective products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or defect.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions if applicable.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the unused gear or unopened merchandise in its original packaging and mail it back to our roasting facility.

  • 4.
    Processing and Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
